Hi, I'm Ann Marie Bednarek—welcome aboard!
I’m a registered nurse with over 15 years of hospital experience, and a lifelong passion for helping people build the confidence and body they’ve always envisioned. From the bedside and beyond, my career has been rooted in empowering others to take control of their health.
I believe that food should fuel your goals—not hold you back. I love showing people that you can eat meals you enjoy, lose fat, and build muscle without the overwhelm or restriction.
When I’m not working in the hospital or creating high-protein recipes, you’ll find me out on the water with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. I’m a qualified boat crew member, and being on the water is where I feel most at home.
