At Full Sail Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality programs and services to support your health journey. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary.

Refund Requests

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your program. Your request must include a clear explanation of the reason for the refund so we can properly review your case.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Customized programs that have already been delivered

  • Services that have been fully rendered or completed

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or lack of usage once a program has been sent or a service has been fulfilled.

Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
